Dr. D.C.Dhubkaria is the Chief proctor of the institute followed by Er. Sudeep Yadav as the Proctor. Proctorial committee is the sound authority to maintain discipline in the organisation.

It has the authority to take an action against any indisciplinary action in the BIET campus
